These thermoplastic polymer powders are engineered for high-performance protection of steel and aluminum components in demanding environments.

• Service temperature: Ranges from approximately –50 °C up to +70 °C (Vicat softening at ~70 °C)*.
• Excellent adhesion: Bonds directly to clean metal without the need for primers. Minor surface damage is self-healing through reflow properties of the thermoplastic.
• Durable and impact-resistant: Resists abrasion, chipping, and physical stress – making it ideal for both industrial and outdoor exposure.
• Highly chemically inert: Offers strong resistance to acids, alkalis, detergents, and salt spray. Retains performance in chemically aggressive or coastal environments.
• UV-stable & halogen-free: Delivers long-term color stability and emits low smoke/toxicity in the event of fire, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Flexible and low-temperature tolerant: Maintains elongation of ~800%, with a brittle point around –78 °C – ensuring performance in freezing or fluctuating climates.
• Typical thickness: 170–500 μm (0.17–0.5 mm), optimized for protective barrier performance.

• Water infrastructure: Formulations certified to NSF/ANSI 61 are suitable for potable water contact — used in pipes, water tanks, reservoirs, and treatment plant structures.
• Architectural & infrastructure elements: fencing, gates, bollards, handrails, posts, benches, and urban furniture.
• Marine & offshore use: boat railings, pier fittings, structural steel in splash zones, and exposed metalwork subject to saltwater.
• Industrial components: pump housings, cable trays, and enclosures needing mechanical durability and weather protection.
