This silver-ion infused thermoplastic coating provides continuous antimicrobial protection without the use of leaching biocides. Built on a durable polyolefin base, it delivers long-lasting efficacy against a broad range of bacteria (MRSA, E. coli, Salmonella), as well as mold and fungi. The antimicrobial action is embedded into the material structure, ensuring sustained protection over time.

• Wall and equipment coating thickness: 0.5–1 mm
• Flooring systems: 3 mm nominal thickness, optimized for high mechanical loads and aggressive cleaning protocols
• Halogen-free, phthalate-free, heavy-metal-free formulation
• NSF/ANSI certified for incidental food contact
• Fully compliant with HACCP, GMP, and EU food safety regulations (Regulation (EC) No 852/2004)

The coating forms a seamless, non-porous, and hygienic surface that prevents microbial growth and facilitates biofilm removal. It exhibits excellent resistance to repeated exposure to harsh disinfectants (e.g., bleach, acids, quats) and withstands high-pressure or thermal sanitation without degradation.
