Self-Smoothing Flooring System are seamless resin coatings formulated to create a smooth, durable, and hygienic floor. Based on epoxy technology, they are ideal for areas requiring cleanability, chemical resistance, and ease of maintenance. These systems typically incorporate either solvent-free (SF) or water-based (WB) resin formulations, depending on the environmental or substrate conditions.

• Seamless, joint-free finish with high visual uniformity
• Available in water-based or solvent-free formulations
• Gloss finish; high chemical and abrasion resistance
• Easy to clean, non-porous, and hygienic
• Low odor and environmentally friendly options
• Suitable for damp concrete or high-moisture zones (WB version)
• Application thickness: ~200 microns per coat (up to 2–3 layers)
• Cure time: Light traffic after 24 hrs; full chemical resistance in 7 days
